The digital Euro won’t run on one platform. The EU are mad but they are not insane - they are not going to lock their currency into one vendor.

The ECB’s CBDC will interoperate with a number of blockchains, most of which will be permissioned. Interoperability will be provided by Quant’s Overledger OS which meets all ISO and governance requirements.
