I'm a financial analyst and we have meetings weekly team meeting.

Today was our 3 month meeting with the whole group (of about 200+ people)

how do I make it up to Sr. Leadership when the job is so mind numbingly boring?

Here is an excerpt of today's meeting

How do I make it guys? Is there a book on how to get past this constant bullshit?
