I'm an insider on the tech, not on what individuals will do with their money, so this question is pointless, if I could predict the future, I wouldn't be posting here, let's be honest.

It has huge upside, and the listing exchanges (big, big exchanges outside of Bilaxy) are (in my view) the only thing hurting the price right now. It's not accessible and not tradable, also the fact that token utility needs attention from the team, but that's being addressed around the end of the month, which you already know if you have been reading the telegram chat.

0.01 to 0.10 was purely the fact it got listed on Uniswap and liquidity on CoinMetro was ass (still is), everyone knows this.

In fact, the devs were completely transparent and only posted on the Telegram once the Uniswap pool was set up, so no one could take advantage of it, in fact you could arbitrage it for a few hours at least, if you had KYC done on CM.
