They're not infinitely smarter, some of them are quite dumb and buy the wrong stock ticker for ZOOM. And yes, they sit around and let them stay cheap, partly due to ignorance, mostly because crypto has negative PR and most funds are from Other People's Money who won't tolerate crypto risk.
