Imagine being so retarded that you sell today at a loss rather than wait a couple months to be back in profit.

>> No.22293675

I mean I sold just to buy back in when it’s lower.

I just spent a couple hundred more dollars on the dip. I'm feeling pretty comfy. Consider this before you sell:

- Crypto market been going strong for years. It had some big bear markets/downs in the past but always pulled through. What makes you think that magically, now, out of no where, the entire crypto market is going to 0 and the tech is just going to disappear?

See my point? Don't sell. Buy low if you got the money, otherwise wait it out.

zoomers on /biz/ talk about iron hands but none of you bought BTC at 20k, and if it went to 3k tomorrow most of you would shit your pants and sell.

Yup - dynamically DCA into good projects (less when you've already had a recent pump), take profits and don't shit your sisters panties when there's a dip (because you're DCA'ing in anyway and that's the entire point for fuck sake)

>> No.22294401

>>22294315
Nobody thinks it's going to zero but it's definitely going lower. Do you want to keep investing on a small discount and then be out of cash when we flash crash to March lows and you could double digit ETH and decent alts 90% off?

Seems really stupid to be buying here with so much uncertainty and negative news. I sold some stuff to get my initial back in Tether and will let all the profits ride in Link and ETH so I don't get bogged out in the case I'm wrong.

>> No.22294448

>>22294401
Eh I don't know man. I see your point but also it's a lottery bet trying to time how low it's going to go.

You can completely miss the dip if you're just waiting around for a low that may never happen.

>> No.22294483

>>22294401

refer above to the dynamic DCA strat - agree you definitely shouldn't "all in" your capital when the market is like this, but its also definitely reasonable to start laddering in after the pull back we've already seen

People announcing the total destruction of the economy and the end of the world are so obviously retarded that I don't get anyone with IQ higher than room temperature (in Celsius) would agree with them.

The "crash" already happened and the expectations are already priced in. Tomorrow will be a big fat nothing-burger and we will keep crabbing through September.

This is the reason why we will bottom sooner than later... The market does whatever hurts the most people, and most people have already gotten out due to "hurr hurr CME gap".

>> No.22294894

I just don't see it dropping to march lows this time around because the entire fucking world locked down, businesses forced to shut down and people getting arrested in certain parts of the world just for leaving their houses.

That was such a unique situation. But I can definitely be wrong. I'm going to keep what I got from the dip.

Instability with the dollar tends to help crypto as well as precious metals so problems in the US shouldn't lead to massive crypto crashes (correct me if I'm wrong?)
