Is it normal to feel anxious all the time while in the crypto market? It doesn't matter if it's going up or down to me. I feel anxiety either way. If it's going up, I feel like a dump is about to happen. If it's going down, I feel like it'll never recover.

How do I deal with this?

The only cure is to lose go -70% or more a few times. Takes a year or two

Lost around 200k on this link dump so far in theory(havent sold) but doesnt even make me blink anymore. Held through several dumps worse over the years on Link alone

I technically lost 99% 2 months ago and now I lost 75%, but I never got out at the bottom.
The only thing I feel is that I'm a lazy ignorant piece of shit who instead of actively trading properly to become an instant millionaire who diversifies... instead wastes his time holding and will make a crappy million in 1.5 years when I could had made that 1 million in 1 one night and 10 million in 10 days.

Nobody makes thatkind of money trading.
Just because it seems theoretical possible doesnt mean anyone does.
Dont believe any larps here who add teo zeros on to their gains.

Reality is even too hedgefunds dont beat 7% a year. All those made made it in crypto or even stonks held good items for a long time. Those that trade all sold early or got fucked at some point and ended up worse off or net the same as holding.

If you want to chase sushi or hold absoute shit thats not a problem with the strategy that is a peoblem with your brain and ability to decide what is worth holding.
