I don't know it this is really true. I think sometimes people on 4chan are more honest because of the anonymity. Sometimes, not all of the time.

And it can make the info and learning experiance more interactive and interesting, which will help you learn more and be less fatigued.
You could
a) bullshit on 4chan for a few hours and learn and little bit and get insights and opinion for real, average people

or

b) play videogames for a few hours and learn nothing

Pretty much this, maybe give /fit/ a try, too, they have pretty solid advice to give.
If you have the dedication to put some work in it, just one year of working out really makes a difference.
Also, you know, keep a healthy mind in a healthy body and stuff.
