1- create 2 paypal&ebay accounts
2- create a listing for 1k$ product from account 1
3- buy it from account 2
4- after funds become available on account 1 either use it to buy resellable thing or just withdraw to a bank account
5- keep repeat until your base money is getting very low from all the fees
6- chargeback all purchases
find a flaw.

paypal is very quick to shutdown fake accounts

they shutdown thousands of legitimate accounts too, they don't take any risks.

Well, they LIMIT you, not so much ban. They put this thing called a Limit on your account, it basically is a ban.

I got limited for selling virtual game items, which I guess is against the rules for paypal since they can't really dispute whether or not the buyer received a virtual item.
