Maybe, maybe not. The problem with that dumb pic is that newfags think when they find it theyve unlocked some secret code or something. In reality actual cool offs look exactly like bubbles bursting and theres not really a way to know if a hype cycle is totally over without considering other outside factors. So, yeah maybe, maybe not. Sell if you think it is, buy if not, but that pic isn't some epic secret weapon or cheat code for the market.

For the price to go down, people need to sell at a price lower than it is right now.
For the price to go up, people need to sell at a price higher than it is right now. If no one is selling it, the price goes even high

Simple economics. Never selling.
