RioCan has only gone up 3.2% (+ ~0.9% from monthly dividend) after a month. QQQ/SPY has gone up around 10%.
Holding TQQQ for a few days already gave me more than double what RioCan gave me (took my profits already since im a pussy).

I don't care if commercial REITs jumps up +20% with Christmas season since QQQ would have long jumped more by then.

I prefer when futures are +0.2% instead of +0.8% since if it opens way too high, IV spikes on all options then a selling frenzy occurs. And when you try to buy the "dip" from that selling frenzy on an extreme green open, you end up getting fucked anyways because the IV spike is priced into the option you buy.

Government funding is almost certain to come for plasma research, and though ADMA may not get all of it and go Kodak, it will certainly benefit as part of the alliance. The EUA is also a good catalyst to use for a jumping point. Its volume has steadily increased before the covid news, and last week it hit $6 during the initial pump hype. While I don't think it's a super quick P&D, it is most certainly a good mid-long term play as plasma becomes a much more recognized method of treatment in the U.S.

And with some PTs being around $5 eom, it's a worthwhile investment at this price.

Its psychology. The market doesn't run on logic. You'll see a pump (albeit not as drastic as some people think) but people can justify buying full AAPL/TSLA shares over fractions. This is literally the same reason you see resistance at multiples of 5, 10, and full dollar amounts. People use them as milestones more or less.

Amazon and MSFT are great stocks, agreed. I think FB is losing momentum and they're losing value fast in the US, which (unfortunately) points to global perception and utilization. FB itself has no clue what people want and younger demographics find the platform unusable. Instagram has been their saving grace in this regard and WhatsApp has staying power due to its ease of use for older people/wifi calls and so on.

>>22035140

It's actually insane how FB is taking off in lesser developed countries. The cringe shit you think is considered cool over there. Basically, the rest of the world is always a few years behind America in terms of the "hip, new shit" like entertainment, media, and social media. Because that was just an example.

Because I can buy SPY options for $50 and have them get to $300 just from spy going from $350-360. That's much more profitable in a shorter amount of time. It's just more risk.
