The problem is, the tech bullrun is off of solid companies right now that are carrying the whole market. That's the problem. The most hated "tech Bubble!11" stocks are still ones like Tesla. Tesla has a business model and a CEO with actual innovation (Elon sent a fucking car to space). So who knows when this bubble will burst. Or if it will even burst.

At most I expect a period of SLOW growth but never any -10% corrections.

i gave up on RioCan, i made profit on it but it's not outperforming QQQ even with dividends. It'll probably moon around Christmas season but there are too many zombie businesses being kept alive with gov't bux for me to feel safe having money sitting in REITs.
RioCan has only gone up 3.2% (+ ~0.9% from monthly dividend) after a month. QQQ/SPY has gone up around 10%.
Holding TQQQ for a few days already gave me more than double what RioCan gave me (took my profits already since im a pussy).

I don't care if commercial REITs jumps up +20% with Christmas season since QQQ would have long jumped more by then.

And when you try to buy the "dip" from that selling frenzy on an extreme green open, you end up getting fucked anyways because the IV spike is priced into the option you buy.
