No, this is a sign that the bubble is just starting. Wait for the influx of dumb money.

That's a fucking terrible advert. Classic university graduate marketing where they pat themselves on the back for creating some catchy sounding yet meaningless slogan that no one will understand.

The best ads are ones that don't actually tell you anything and leave you with a bunch of questions. Ads are supposed to be vague and mysterious. You can argue based on your own personal feelings, but market research data has no bias, and this style of ad outperforms really informative/on-the-nose ads by a ridiculously huge margin.

>> No.21983714

>>21983559

I'm in the trade anon, and that's a big load of bullshit. The marketing industry is rife with university grads who piss through marketing budgets because ads like this don't have any trackability.

If they made an advert even vaguely insinuating that a second bull run is coming, and that this time they need to hurry so they don't miss out like last time, this advert would generate x100 more warm lead traffic to Binance. And that could easily be done in a way that doesn't fall foul of the ASA.

Like many ads though, it's style over substance. It's a group of uni grads trying to be too clever. It's time to adapt? Oh boy, sell me some of that adapation. Sounds super exciting.

>If they made an advert even vaguely insinuating that a second bull run is coming
This would be illegal. You can't show bias or insinuate anything like that in regards to financial marketing... You can't insinuate that people will become rich with your product. This is basically what got Jordan Belfort arrested.

Of course you can. In fact, I'll create a better ad right now for you:

"It's back [Bitcoin logo]

Binance.com"

It sticks to the rules, resonates with people far better, and still has that wishy washy tonality that everyone seems to like.

You think Binance is spending hundreds of thousands of pounds to educate people out of the kindness of their own hearts?

They're a profit making business. They want users. They want people buying and selling crypto. They want people margin trading. That's their ROI.

The average person doesn't really give a fuck about stores of value. And this advert will do nothing to educate them. However, if you do really care about that, then it's far more effective to entice them in with with a message that suggests personal reward, and then educate them on the broader benefits of crypto once they're inside the ecosystem, where it becomes x10 easier.

Businesses don't survive on kudos points because they convinced some old lady to ask her grandson what the logo with the B in it means who ends up forgetting the question by the time she's got off the bus.

Bless you suggesting people actually think that deeply into it. Why do you think bubbles happen in the first place? Why do you think another one will occur? Why do you think it's inevitable that so many will once again lose their money despite seeing what happened last time?

Emotion > logic

You show a profound lack of understanding when it comes to marketing and basic human psychology. Autism, I'm guessing.

Not necessarily. "buy bitcoin" obviously shows buying intent. Just searches for "bitcoin" though can show interest due to negative publicity.

Try it in Google Trends. You'll see after the peak there's another, smaller peak for "bitcoin", but not for "buy bitcoin". So while interest increased because of the news about the crash, buying intent continued to fall.

You could say that a combination of both search term trends would yield more informative results.

this is exactly what I was conveying for yourself.
Emotions > logic. They saw the bubble happen before with this particular coin. it being "back" implies the same emotions will happen the exact same, their uncle/neighbour/ son that lost money to those damn cryptos are back.
as opposed to : hmm its new and actually different this time?

Emotion > logic.
