Why are people so retarded, this happens every quarter and we get the same fucking articles every month.
Tesla produces cars for Europe first month of the quarter (July), a month on the boat and they start delivery late second month and last month of the quarter. This way they don't end up with tons of cars stuck over the atlantic that they haven't gotten the money for yet, which will look horrible on the quarterly report.

1st month = Europe
2nd month = East coast
3rd month = West coast

This way they get to sell most of the cars they produce in that quarter.
