Most people from crypto 2017 didn't make it, anyone that did make it would have had to do one of the following:
a) put $80k+ in some of the bigger coins, too risky for most people, even if they follow crypto closely
b) put $20-40k into chainlink, too risky for most people even when they know about crypto
c) consistently sold some decent tops and rebought lower, which most people can't do very well
d) bought a ton of some low cap coin that shot up, which is somewhat rare

6 figure hell is real. Not enough to make it, so you wait and sit through volatility as your portfolio moves tens of thousands of dollars up and down, months of wagecuck work fluctuating constantly. I was here and made a decent 25x my money, but I somewhat got lucky.
You see the graphs now and think yeah just buy here and sell here for an easy 20x, repeat a few times and you're a billionaire, but the markets were crazy as fuck.

You sold too early and you only did 2x, sold too late and you're back to where you were.
See a coin pump 6 days non stop, finally buy, and it dumps 40% during the night, you just lost nearly half your money.
There were hardcore pump and dumps, projects who looked legit as fuck and dumped to 0 because of exit scams etc.
Bitcoins was already in a bubble at 8k, people were shorting it like crazy and every day you'd see liquidations until the top to 19k.
People cashed out too early, some never did and lost 90% of their gains.

Most people I know irl actually lost money. For every new millionaire there you have 20 /biz/ anons or normies who actually lost money.
You only see the smug people with survival bias thinking they're so smart, but everyone else fucked off or did posts like op.
