You need to up slippage. Liquidity is too low. If you are selling a lot you should do it in smaller batches. Also change gas fee to fast.

You get a kickback based on length of pooling/amount of pool tokens split from a percent of every transaction. Pool tokens let your balance fluctuate between coom and eth as people buy more of either. But afaik you won't lose position outside of price fluctuations, only slowly gain.
