I saw the threads on here about the new DeFi coin kleros. I wanted to purchase some as my first crypto currency as I want to retire by 30 years old (approx 3.5 years away).

I joined a discord group for talking about cryptocurrencies and some bloke said he could help me buy kleros as it wasn't on my local australian exchange and he was real keen on helping newcomers out into a good product. He said he would use a DeFi exchange for me and have the kleros cryptocurrency sent my my wallet. I sent him a few gift cards totalling $5000 as payment so he could convert them into kleros for me. He said the kleros is taking a long tme to come through as the network is jammed. It has been 5 or so days now and he is taking a long time to reply. Is there any way to speed up the network so I can get my coins? He said we could use teamviewer to transfer the coins faster - but I don't understand how that would fix anything.

TIA for any advice on how I can get either my money back or my kleros crypto currencies to my wallet.

the way to get kleros for australians is deposit on btcmarkets.net and buy ETH -> transfer ETH to bitfinex.com and PNK/ETH -> transfer to your wallet

He is really nice and knowledgable about crypto currencies its just the network is lagging at the moment because of high costs in the crypto network because all the prices are up - I didn't want to miss out on when the prices double or even ten times again.
