Im a yurofag and a few weeks ago I started working for a US company. the work environment is a bit... different from what Im used to. there seems to be no real procedure, its more like barely contained chaos. my supervisor doesnt give a shit about what I do as lon as I get all my stuff in. my direct boss is a 24/7 stoner who cut my performance review short because he had to "go home to take a bong rip". and another manager is a motormouth who cracks jokes all day and loves to bully one of my coworkers. like when I told him thats bullying behaviour his eyes lit up with glee and he said "I know right? but dont worry this guy loves it"
is this an american thing or have I just stumbled into an "unusual" company?
