Again not true, devs would list on a big exchange if the price was right. They aren’t going to spend $1M of the treasury just to pump your bags in the short term before product is ready. Listing on a big exchange before DEX is ready would bring short term attention, listing when it’s ready will bring users to the DEX.

It's pretty simple, there should be a process in place for testing. Comprehensive testing should be undertaken before each release.

The fact that they had to make multiple production releases in a single day means that a) they failed to test properly b) introduced new bugs into the code.
