Mostly the Justin stuff. I hear that devs actually really liked building on the platform but leadership was erratic and not as focused on main objective as they were on dank marketing. Interestingly enough, a project that wants to fork tron and improve on it just popped up and the team is mostly core devs from tron along with some law guy from rsr and some advisors.

Justin has turned a large portion of the crypto community against him for his hostile takeovers, etc. Many people won't use TRON just because they hate him so much.

I suggest looking into LGCY (https://lgcy.network/)), it's a decentralized, improved fork of TRON that just launched a couple days ago. It will be everything that TRON can't be.
