There are currently 175,710,625 outstanding shares. This number needs to be around 209,000,000 before the offering is over. I think we will see that happen before app launch in mid-Sep. I'd like to think we are starting a slow climb now, but with that offering still going on there is nothing stopping them from dumping more shares to keep the price low.

>> No.21713897

>>21713645
Reverse split is when a company reduces the number of available shares by a factor and then price is multiplied by that factor. So a stock at 2.50 with say 100 total shares, for example, will be at 5.00 with 50 total shares. It's a way to inflate the price to keep it listed on certain exchanges.

A regular split is like what's happening with apple and tesla soon, which is the opposite of what i just described. Lowers price, increase in available shares.

>> No.21714058

>>21713645
So KTOV just did a 1 for 20 reverse split which means 20 of the old KTOV shares you used to have just got turned into 1 share = the price of 20 of your old shares.

>>21713767

I really don't know I'm keeping a eye on known pumpers and dumpers to see if they are going to start shilling CLIS. If so then I'm going to wait until the pump and dump all over these zoomers, and just rebuy my shares after the dump. One bonus is this stock isn't available on robinhood so that cuts a large crowd of the pumpers out.

I wouldn't be suprised if closer to launch we see a mad pump followed by a slow dump until the app is determined by the wider audience to either be a success or a failure. In which case the price will either plummet or start its slow climb.

Here's a handout to my biz frens.
Look into AAC clydespace. They are the leading developer of micro sattelites and just got cross-listed OTC in the US. They are currently valued at only $36MM despite having an order backlog of $20MM, a solid balance sheet, 20%+ projected revenue growth/ year and expected EBITDA breakeven next year.
Fair value is at least 2x the current price imo, but do your own research.

Disclaimer: I have a large position in the company but not looking to sell any time soon.

I'm not saying they can't drive the price up. I just don't what those fags buying near the same price as me. I want them to be forced to buy in the mid .20s preferably. Them being listed on the NASDAQ is the dream, but there is a long road before we get there.

>>21714527
From what I've gathered CLIS used to be MCCOD but change back in 2014 to CLIS. I think Canada had a trade halt on MCCOD and never removed it for CLIS. Just a theory though since I know absolutely nothing about it.

I only invest based on fundamentals and invest for the long term. I can’t tell you when the market will realize what I realize (if I’m right). If the company reaches break even in 2021 (their current guidance) then I would be very surprised if the stock doesn’t gain 50%+. If things go extremely well then it could 5-10x over the next few years.

I bought most of my position over the past month after a few months of following the stock and doing research. I own around 0.3% of the outstanding shares. I have a great track record investing in Scandinavian small cap/ penny stocks, but you should obviously do your own research. And it’s obviously a pretty speculative stock (but at an extremely attractive valuation in my opinion) so there’s a lot of risk involved.

Do your own research.

If I had to guess most of the popular people that are the host for this app are being paid in stock. If that is true then that is very good for us as the CEO isn't going to do anything to screw over his own host.

CLIS

just to reiterate what's been circulating here for weeks now. The catalysts we are anticipating to materialize in the very near future are the following:

>OTC uplisting
>App release
>Roundup of ongoing offering

Furthermore, what is being rumored is sponsorships from household names such as ESPN and Draftkings. But again these are just rumors whereby we may sell before they become news.

These are some very exciting times for all CLIS holders. I wish you all well and that we may witness sustained/organic price gains till we get one of those GNUS pumps that take us into the dollar territory and beyond. Don't be dismayed if you see the price going down a cent or two, that only opens up BUY windows for those who can afford it

>> No.21716475

>>21716313
Yep, that’s the US OTC listing that started trading today. If you can buy the main listing on nasdaq first North (AAC.ST) then that’s probably better than buying OTC though.
