But it seems that the strategy of

That's a pretty weird way of getting info about coins but alright.

XMR is the mostly widely adopted of all of these and I cannot think of a single known case where someone's privacy was compromised. The numerous developers are constantly working to improve the security model as well as make transactions more convenient.

ZEC is a bit smaller and has a centralized team working on it, I've heard their privacy technology is theoretically better but nobody uses it because it's optional. As in, 99% of ZEC transactions don't use the optional privacy.

IDK anything about PIVX because it's honestly too small to talk about from any perspective other than looking for a pump to make money off of.
