expensive dentist keeps your mouth looking great. Dermatologist can give you bi-weekly skin treatments, this gets expensive but works wonders. Nutritionist/chef keep you eating healthy. But most importantly being able to pay people to do all the hard work in life so you get a lot more free time to do things you enjoy which ultimately makes you look great if you fee great and not stressed.
