I'm not trying to fud, but what is the utility of the coin other than as a payment method for their blockchain action product? Yes, users who pay with PRQ get a discount, and yes a portion of each purchase is held for 5 years to incentivize long term support, but that's it. No normal person will ever shell out $400 a month for this service meaning the userbase will be small.

Fundaments don't matter that much in a bull trend. Sometimes an useless shitcoin pumps 100x just because it goes 'viral' on twitter.
This coin has only 6mml in market cap, a working product and under the radar. It looks like a hidden gem. I've put 500 bucks on it at 0,04cents; if I lose, I lose. If it pumps 100x, I dump my 50k and touch it again
