So, im lookin into a few projects. I love blockchain interop and im a huge Python guy.

Ive been pulled towards on in particula to potentially develop a few gaming and finance dapps that will connect to a smaller ecosystem, that will ultimately attract gamers and devs to help create and innovate.

I need the ecosystem to be highly scalable, with low fees, since their will be hundred's of TX a day. I cant possibly afford to develop on ETH, especially cause no-one knows how to code in solidity LOL

Im really diggin TAU so far, it pretty much nails everything I need, BUT im not 100% sold.

Anyone here heard of Lamden? Would love some additional insight from others here.

Please give me facts, I will ignore all bad mouthing and ad-hominem remarks.

LETS KEEP IT CLEAN AND SIMPLE!

Hands down Lamden is the place, whatever you create will become passive income since the tx fees will go to you for creating things!

I’ll check out TAU, chart looks good. You should lurk more though

Finally an anon who doesn't suck. I've been telling 4chan to get $TAU since 2 cents before it hits $5 with mainnet in 25 days.

Build it anon. buy it anon: https://app.uniswap.org/#/swap?inputCurrency=ETH&outputCurrency=0xc27a2f05fa577a83ba0fdb4c38443c0718356501

Flare network is about to release. You'll be able to code in whatever language you desire.

Market cap low can this 40x?

I think you need to talk to Stu and Jeff. They have been very helpful with guiding developers on how to start. Im pretty sure that will give you the confidence that you are searching for. Lamden is the place for all developers imo.

Good luck!

I’ve been looking into Lamden (Tau) as well and I saw on Twitter a developer named Bill Drummond (@burn_the_state) that he was also looking into Lamden to build his next project on it. I also came a long onto this flyer, have a look. All the best with your choice!

Man. This is so simple but genius in some way.is this the key to make Blockchain adoption a thing? I hat bilaxy exchange tho. Can I buy anywhere else?

What do you mean by ground up?

Its a utility fork, first of its kind. Unlike other forks which are the results of 51% attacks and are antagonist, this fork is being made to compliment and provide utility to the original. Its just like wrapped XRP so you can use it for smart contracts.

It hits your checklist; highly scalable, low fees, python compatible, interoperability

I would say your best bet is to just develop whatever you have planned on tau and you'll just be able to port it over to the flare network when it gets released, because flare is gonna be real big.

As a developer you want to built for the masses. And this is where you'll have the biggest risk building on LAMDEN. It's pretty unknown. Tech should be superb

Why are you trying to shit talk a developer? these are the people developing the ecosystem

>> No.21671967

Good day anon, i see you're a smart man becuase you actually understand the tech behind these projects and thats what has bought you to lamden. Me and many others have bought and have been waiting 2 years and we're finally at the dawn of mainnet, its a project built to actually last, not just for hype and its investors are a reflection of this, so join us, lets change this status quo and give Ethereum actual competition.

@ Skyshredder

Why is that a big risk? Lol

If it can handle the output as stated, then you can pretty do much everything on it

They're going to roll out a uniswap clone but with low fees and instant transactions. Other projects will come fast since devs can execute in less time using python. 40x easy.

kind of a strange comment, developers don't appeal to masses by virtue of the tool they used, they appeal on the basis of the app itself.

This is why Lamden shits on nearly everything else, it has the power to leverage the extensive tools and libraries already built for Python, by a much larger developer community, which in turn makes building apps on Lamden a dream in comparison to Ethereum.

>no-one knows how to code in solidity
It that true? It's a retarded language and one can easily shoot other people in the foot with it, but it's still easy enough.

I have to disagree, it takes far longer for developers to implement logic that would've been much less difficult on other popular languages(java, c++, python, etc)

Does something like TypeScript (a strictly typed language extension to JavaScript) or a transpiler to Solidity exist? I've only found transpilers that go from Solidity to another target language. Would a X2Solidity even make sense?
