It would be BTC. Depending on what happens with the social unrest $100K is small. The fact that Paul Tudor Jones & Microstrategy are picking it to insure their wealth means it goes mainstream.
I once thought of BTC as a way of cashing out for USD - I no longer do. If this is the big one where 60 trillion in unfunded government liabilities comes to a head, or college debt forgiveness, or UBI there is going to be a shitton of printing & the world financial services moves around.
When the hammer drops on this it will be like Bretton Woods where it happens in a week. There are plenty of people like me who no longer view as BTC as a method for more USD but rather the safest asset to ride the coming storm, uninterested in selling until I see it's over. I wouldn't sell at $100K today's dollar value terms.

My gut tells me alt season is over. Coronabux have been used and lost. It's easy to buy crypto when your getting $800+ weekly for not working but when you need to use your own money it's alot different. Ample, and 100s of PNDs funneled alot of money from the poor back to the rich. After spending trumpbux, ronabux and last paychecks on consumer trash, robinhood and uniswap with nothing to show will make millions of people stay away from crypto for a while.

As someone who has put crypto on hold since riding a few pumps of btc, I checked out the ETH ecosystem because I heard to get in on Kleros. I am blown away by the defi space. I almost want to try out borrowing and DAI. The dapps are a huge step forward. I don't think crypto people can appreciate the level of sophistication that ethereum has brought to the crypto world.
