Well first off coinbase has shit customer service and you should be using CBPro, not their shitty normalfag website/app. Ever since the binance KYC fiasco I've only used CBPro and have only had one issue but it was a fuckup on my part. They do have literal pajeets on the line if you somehow manage to get a hold of someone, but unfortunately for people with actual money coinbase pro is the only real place to sell due to volume.

Honestly though you should be glad they lock your account at the slightest suspicion of something fucked up going on. Just imagine how many social engineering and general hacking attempts they probably go through on a daily basis. Would you rather deal with a half hour's inconvenience or potentially give your linkies to some third world street shitter? If you don't like it just use gemini or store in a paper wallet.
