I can't tell if this was created via CREATE2 but I think only in that situation it could re-run the constructor and I'm not sure what the implications for everything else would be or if that's really possible

Who fucking cares if they can mint tokens? The devs have been incredibly transparent and they are more than 8 people at this point. They still have 30M other tokens That are vested and locked for the next two years. They aren’t going to mint new tokens when there are other that will slowly be released.

I don’t care if you’re so worried about the devs being able to mint tokens (which I haven’t even verified the solidity myself to see if that’s true) this project is going up in both short term and long term.
