I like QSP and they are working on ETH 2.0 but I’m only unsure if there is any real long term use for the token itself lol. The team is good and it’s crypto so who knows. If it ever becomes an industry standard for quality it might have some real world value but even if it doesn’t junk tokens moon all the time and this is backed by a genuinely good team of Asian (the yellow kind But American) autists.

They couldn’t, square has been working on crypto to fiat but it’s only part of what REQ does and its centralised while REQ isn’t. In theory it means you can fully eliminate the non-crypto financial world while being untraceable/anonymous from receiving wages/payments to buying online goods aside from any payment devices used irl.

The only good fud is the centralised Square crypto to fiat patent but REQ actually has an intellectual property claim against them so it might be they end up adopting REQ if the REQ team gets a good negotiator. They have been building an entire network to replace normie accounting. The ‘service’ is cutting out all those middle men and having everything from paying wages to buying a cheeseburger done autonomously and privately if you wish. They have even added features like encrypted messaging and reversals of payments if money is sent to the wrong wallet or something by an individual user. In theory it could also act like uniswap I suppose. The decentralised network (no middle man, no one company monopolising or dominating the market and no central servers holding the data only an immutable ledger, which acts as a source of truth for accounting and auditing) is the service and the cost to run it is REQ which means it will have a true market value instead of inflated prices based on firm a is better than firm b because everyone gets the same service regardless. businesses could save billions on accounting fees and keep it all above board tax wise if they wished. From an end users point of view nothing changes, they don’t even need to deal in crypto, they just get cheaper all-in-one accounting service. People who do want to deal in crypto can.

No end user ever has to use REQ, they can send fiat to fiat and the service provider doing the transfer has all the accounting done automatically by the network. The paypal like aspect of it is for normies though, REQ (or something like it to be fair) has the potential to save corporations billions and to put millions of accountants out of work.
