Imo, delphi for sure. Under collaterized loans on crypto are sketchy af, though I'm sure some people will like it. They also have some mystery thing called Stealth, which is fixed-rate perp bonds backed by real-world assets. Now that sounds juicy as fuck, but they haven't released many details about it.
