Checked. First, go buy one of those prepaid visas or MasterCards from the grocery store or gas station. Put as much money as you want on it. Then download and install Atomic Wallet. It's free and open source. Then go into where it says 'buy crypto' and use your prepaid card to buy the crypto of your choice.

If you want to sell crypto for cash, you can try one of the many exchanges out there. I've had ok experiences with YoBit and HotBit. But if you don't use your balance to buy more crypto, you're going to have to have it transferred to your bank account, and it's no longer anonymous. Coinbase also makes selling crypto fairly easy, but back when bitcoin hit $18k and people were trying to unload, they froze all transactions. So I wouldn't trust them too much during a massive buy/selloff
