The first part is to not have to struggle to survive, being able to live even a barebones poorfag lifestyle without having to face evictions or being unable to afford medical care (lmao I live in america) and such is the most simplest level of "making it", if you can't achieve that, getting as close as you can is still worth it. Once you past that milestone, it's about being able to live more comfortably as the more money you have will allow you to afford nicer things and generally just be more free. The final level of making it is being able to pursue your dreams without risk of financial ruin if they fail, say what you will about Bezos, but he is making rocket ships.
