What is an index fund?

The deflationary part of STA (delta in the pool) combined with the balancer works like jetfuel. More volume in pool will be created due to it and more fees will be paid out. There is literally no reason to not have delta in whatever pool you are in because you will get higher volume>more fees paid out. Its also decentralized so anyone can create whatever fund they want.
