If you wear AirPods a lot, could be an ear infection. Happened to me a month ago. Got a swollen lump behind my ear, deaf in my left ear for two days from the swelling, immense pain. Doc said to chew on sour candy and it went away. Thought it might have been cancer too cuz I had a lump the size of a golf ball behind my ear and jawline. Fucking AirPods.
