make a 10GB crypt file with a HIDDEN PARTITION
make the "visible" partition having 7GB of porn, tax returns, and "throw away" crypto wallets to "give up" if you're forced too (only keep 5% of your holdings in this, as insurance against a wrench)
now that you've made the visible partition, you have 3GB (more than enough) to store all your seed phrases, QR codes, all that jazz
protip: once you make the visible parition, the hidden partition is "built around" the visible one, so never add or delete files to the visible partition as this could corrupt the hidden partition
now that you have your hidden/visible crypt file, secure it with a really good password. my trick is to combine multiple passwords into one that i'll remember. consider repeating the password to make it longer
from there, put it on dozens of flash drives to keep at your house, your parent's house, your girlfriends house, your grandparents, even in a bank vault too
