Decentralizing spending and taxation back to the states would be ideal as that was the original point of the republic structure. Silver was $19 in Feb. and Zinc was much lower. Tinka Resources, as I say, has 7 billion pounds of zinc, and 60 million ounces of silver, plus exploration potential.
