>if you know it's a scam you can still make money out of it

It is immoral. By participating in the scam willingly, you strengthen the scam, and cause more losses for others. You become a scammer.

Everyone in a scam knows it's a scam but they all are trying to one up each other. It's sort of like a game of musical chairs. There's only a few chairs and everyone knows the music will stop but no one knows when. If you sit down you stop having fun but you are safe. you aren't scamming anyone. Everyone accepted the risks when they bought in.

If only. The truth is that there are a lot of people duped into thinking it is genuine, and that is what drives the majority of profit for the rest. People are dumber than you think.

There's a huge difference in making money on a scam by lying about its greatness and shilling it to unsuspecting people to pump and dump it, and making money off natural growth of projects that create real value for society.

The issue with investing in scams or utter shitcoins is that everyone is playing musical chairs and there's always a chance you're gonna be the one retard stuck holding worthless bags and getting owned. Not that I haven't made profit off some scams, but at the moment with the bull market sitting on a few alts is a much better idea.

With crypto scams being dime a dozen you don't just need to time it right, but predict if the scam will be successful

You never know when the scam is going to collapse. Take LINK for example, they've broken CFC/AML/series funding regs the scam can't continue forever.
