I have been selling fake designer clothes to retards on second hand clothing sites, is this illegal? Am I going to get in trouble someday?

I've been wanting to do this OP. Buddy runs a screenshop and we we're thinking of making some supreme sweaters and selling them as second hand.

Maybe we can just include somewhere on the website a statement like "Second hand merch, authenticity not verified."

Is that enough for plausible deniability?
