Apparently you didn't see the chart. As soon as BTC topped $12K there was a MASSIVE bot-initiated short-selling collapse. Slammed it down into the $10K zone for a few seconds before it recovered to around $11.3K.

The botnet traders have been pulling this crap for years. There's no "just set a stop loss" because by the time your stop-loss gets activated the price has dropped hundreds below it and you STILL have to make up for that.

These are not smoothly-trading liquid investments. They are barely-traded highly illiquid gambling. If you want to fuck around with margins and leveraged trading, you are as likely to get killed as you are to make zillions.

But what do I know, I just went long and hodled since 2014.

I know it looks bad bro. Just remember, if you have been stably employed, and if all your debts are less than 40% of your income, you can take out a loan to pay it off. A 200k USD loan would look like 1,341.34$ a month. I hope you can pay this off, sorry for your loss. Note, I just plugged 200k USD in to a loan calculator. The numbers may vary according to your credit score... I'm also not a financial consultant, so every bit of financial advice I give should be taken with a grain of salt. Don't listen to the people who are telling you nasty things. Yeah, what you did was incredibly dumb. I don't think it's nasty to say that, that is just true. You can get out of this with time, and perhaps be a better person if it causes meaningful positive change of your behavior. Let it overwhelm you, and perhaps raise your income goals in general to fill the void of lost income. Maybe now you'll work harder, be a better person, and take your future more seriously. Best of luck.

I kept a little scrap stack for gambling fun on Kucoin to leverage trade. I had it built up from about $70 worth of BTC I deposited to a little over $1100 at the peak from the past week of leveraged trading. I had just recently flipped it to a majority BSV at about 9x leverage, entry 240. I was on the phone, talking to a buddy about how it was unreal how hard shit was moving up when it happened. I had a stop set and it just blew past and didn't even trigger correctly. Ended up losing the whole $1100 plus "owe" kucoin $35 USDT lol. Whatever, they can have the dust in my account...I'll stick to adding to my 1800 LINK and forget margin. It was cute while it lasted, but kikes ruin all the fun.

if you are still alive OP, my advice would be to call your bank and say the binance deposits are fraudulent and keep saying "chinese company" and "chinese scam" and basically keep repeating china and maybe they will think you got ripped off and give you your money back. this is kinda like what the US is doing right now

You deserve everything you fucking get. Margin trading and giving literal retards like you access to 50x or even 100x margin trading should be illegal. Its destroying crypto and ruining lives. Why in the actual fuck would you do margin trading on crypto? Its KNOWN to have 30-40% swings as a rule not the exception. You are literally begging to get liquidated if you margin trade crypto. But whatever dumbfucks keep buying high and selling low.

I lost $1400.00 USD margin trading /longing BTC last night on that candle also OP. I was upset and drank a bottle of whiskey and am hungover reading this thread. If it’s any consultation you made me feel alot better about myself. The question is are you going to keep gambling? I’m going to put another thousand in tomorrow and try again

that was my first question too
no way this is real, no bank would transfer out 200k in overdraft to a dodgy malta account
i always wondered how these margin casinos enforce payment, the images regularly shared here of people being kicked out of winning trades for costing the casino too much money imply they have no way to mitigate risk
