Top 750 linker here. I finally broke down this week and bought some xrp after basically swearing it off years ago. Do I believe it's going to replace world monetary transactions, nah, its probably all bullshit but consider these two points:
1. shit can also still increase in price. I don't understand why people still touch LTC, but they do and the price increases. same can be said for xrp.
2. I don't have perfect knowledge, perhaps there is a 0.1% chance the xrp schizos are right, in that case, probably not a bad idea to pick up a suicide stack.

No it doesn’t. Xrp will be used for transfers because of its speed security and future stability. You don’t require an Oracle to transfer funds from one wallet to another. Bitcoin has been doing that for more than a decade albeit less efficiently than ripple. Not everything needs an Oracle to function and there is no reason to expect ripples use case would need it.
