I think its more that say you stake LINK or BNT, you will receive bLINK or bBNT, which itself can be used as collateral on AAVE to take out more of X. That's what the pipeline hopium discussions were about anyway. Using your LP crypto for passive returns while simultaneously using it as collateral. The only issue is obviously the liquidation stuff. If it were to happen across the board, suddenly a liquidity pool would dry up due to liquidiations on AAVE.

Great concept though, and if became legitamized, would literally propel LINK/ BNT/ AAVE into a trillion dollar MC by themselves lol

In case anyone is curious, my current earnings for providing liquidity given the exact volume of BNT pool at the time of posting this message.
Earned: $3.11
Liquidity Provided: $2475
Time Elapsed: 6 hours 32 minutes

Estimate earn per day: $11.81
Estimate earn per year: 4310.65
Current Yield: 167.443667% per year

>> No.20879011

>>20878976
There are of course a LOT of factors to consider here. Primarily, the fact that the liquidity pool is capped and i own 0.55% of the pool fees with only $2500. So long term this would decrease as more liquidity is added.
Also the V2 pool has only been live for 6.5 hours, so the volume is likely to increase.
But given the exact volume, and pool distribution, extrapolated to 1 year, these are the numbers.

somewhere around an hour. it wasn't even instant. i was dicking around nervous deciding if i should provide liquidity or not. ended up pulling the trigger like 20-30 minutes in, and it had slots open for a short while after me. probably about 45-75 minutes from launch to cap
this is unreal, the volume is probably going to skyrocket. i pray to god they keep this cap on the pool for now so my measly 1500 BNTs keep giving me fucking 0.55% of the entire fees
