Following your pre-first-interview assessments, we will determine whether or not you will be given the opportunity for a first interview here at $Company!
If your first interview is exceptional, we will send you a follow up email with next steps including post-first-interview assessments!
Those that demonstrate meaningful skills and reflection in the post-first-interview assessments will be brought in for more formal second interviews.
Following this exclusive round of second interviews, you will be asked to complete an official series of post-second-interview assessments, demonstrating your knowledge.
A select number of individuals will be selected from this batch of candidates to conduct a final third series of interviews!

Following a successful series of post-third-interview assessments, you will be brought on for official training here at $Company.
During this official training period, a duration of no less than six (6) months, we reserve the right to at-will termination, as noted by our terms and conditions below.

Im not a good wagie. Had my boss give me shit for some stupid shit that *he* did and I chewed him out over the phone.

Dude got pissed and hung up, but called me back 10 mins later and apologized/kissed my ass. If more people stood up for themselves we wouldn't have to deal with shit like this.
