OP seemed interested in speed so that is what I was referring to. cash app fees to purchase btc aren't bad, better than coinbase. you can immediately withdraw from cash app. to swap for eth there are numerous ways to do that. I prefer something like atomic wallet, but I've heard that liquality dot io is cheaper on fees. I can't really address the cheapest btc to eth cross chain exchanges. hopefully another anon here can address that

How do we advise you if we don't know where you are. A country or at least the continent where you at. Western Europe you can just directly buy ETH with your bankapp and let it send to your wallet. If your in some kind of jungle hellhole youd probably have to climb a tree and wave some mirrors or something.
