Spent $10k. The coins were purchased $19 each but only actually worth $6 each. I thought she did it through the bank or something, shes a successful business woman so I didn't think letting her handle it would be an issue. Shes into homeopathic medicine so I should have known better.

I'm holding a little physical gold and silver. (Not much, just a few k worth).

But it's not an investment. It's a backup for the worst case. When shit hits the fan so hard that we're in a collapse situation so I have to buy bread with silver bullion. Or when I have to bribe my way out of this European country to not end up in a concentration camp.

Gold/Silver as an investment instrument is pretty bad if you're not extremely long on it.
