Even if you make a new wallet, whoever dusted still has the address that the HEX was sent to. They can simply check that address for any in-out transactions. Nothing you can do really.

It literally can't. The way it works, is that because someone sent the token to you, they can track it through a TX chain if you move it. The end-goal of such an attack, is for the attacker to try and learn your identity, so that they can scam you into shit.

It's not that dangerous of an attack. Only for brainlets, who'd get tricked into stuff easily.
