these things sadly exist but they don't even bother with raising the humans. when you have a blood sample taken for a lab or anything they have your dna you don't know about it but you are now in a database if some rich fuck needs a new kidney they know exactly who to kidnap or accidentally hit with a car or anything.

it's going big in china pretty much in the open where political unwanted are kidnapped off the streets in broad daylight. they are more subtle about it in the west.
