>Bay Area 33 male living with 80y/o father in 900k paid off house with 1,800$ a month rental unit
>do everything for father including rental maintenance and will inherit property with close sister
>have about 60k in investments/cash
>9k creditcard debt

Currently not working(receiving unemployment), but have degree and looking again.

Realistically when can I retire? Or just not work and rely on investments? I will never have to pay for house and will eventually receive $900 a month.
