i've been doing this for 6 years now. I was lucky to escape MtGox (because people always said it was shit) so i didn't trust it to begin with. Went to BTC-E, which got taken down, my funds where at Bittrex at that point, and now i have everything on Binance.

Is it safe, not 100%, but if you do your research a bit, you'll be ok.
