Chainlink is a very forgiving investment. When staking goes live you will be able to stake your link and get free linkies in return. Long before the rest of the world even learns what link is, you'll be stacking up free linkies. I honestly think i'll be able to double my stack before the network fully matures.

i expect that node services will provide that service for a fee regardless of whether you own shares of the company or not. owning LP shares is a good idea not because of the staking priority, but because its one of the few ways availble for people like us to own a share of a real node. But i expect LP to take my linkies and stake them because they are a company and they want to make money.
