The market moves on hype around specific events. right now BNT's "specific event" will come before bzrx's (even if v2 is delayed this will still likely be true). My advice was to ride the bnt pump then put gains into bzrx before it takes off.

My plan is to ultimately hold both but right now I'm all in bnt. there's no reason for bzrx to go up until they make an announcement regarding their secret integration/ launch. this >20565945 is pure speculation/ opium. granted my strategy is also speculation, but one that's at least based on relative timelines for events.
