of Precious Metals; Cutting-Off Entire Credit Lines of Consumers who try

I have gotten at least three reports over the past two days, of consumers who were trying to purchase Precious Metals (Gold, Silver, Platinum) using a credit card, only to have the purchase DECLINED by their Bank, despite having more than sufficient available credit.

Worse, afterwards, the banks are allegedly CANCELLING entire credit lines for anyone attempting to make metals purchases; leaving them completely without credit. https://halturnerradioshow.com/index.php/en/news-page/news-nation/banks-rejecting-credit-card-purchases-of-precious-metals-cutting-off-entire-credit-lines-of-consumers-who-try

And they have every right to during these uncertain times.

This actually started years ago. People were buying dollar coins and the like from the US mint at face value with free shipping, then depositing them at the bank. They did it for credit cards rewards. So a lot of credit cards stopped letting you buy. This has nothing to do with what people think it does.

How can anyone sell you a dollar coin for a dollar and ship it for free and make money?

What? Credit card companies are protecting themselves from possible risk?

No. That couldn't be. A for-profit entity isn't willing to extend their risk during uncertain times?

You don't say. That's crazy.

As usual - OP is a faggot.

may or may not be what your saying, but
>receives money from the government
>receives legal protections from competition from the government
>"it's a private corporation and can do whatever it wants!"
voluntarily-assembled ethnic and/or ideological enclaves are the only way out of this nightmare

No they don't that's discrimination, if they allowed someone to get a credit card then they shouldn't be barring transactions that are completely legal and legitimate. Especially if the ones that are being denied has more than sufficient funds to pay of the balance in full.

>And they have every right to during these uncertain times.
This is actually a very elegant and rather subtle bait post. He correctly points out that banks have the authority to approve or deny any creditor they want while at the same time expecting the reader to respond with hostility due to how controversial coronavirus and the current state of society and the economy is. It's not the statement itself that is controversial but rather what it implies that will undoubtedly draw ire.

Very nice bait Anon. 10/10
