i like ripple because it's consistently mentioned by powerful people talking about integration between banks and cross-currency money transfers. as a brainlet i don't know much about the tech behind it and i haven't been privy to the scandals/intrigue over the last few years, and i understand the developers hold the vast majority of it, but i still figure that if people like the Coinbase guy who now works as a federal regulator talk about it in interviews, they probably have the behind-the-scenes connections to make it pump during the next bull run and thus turn my $150 into $15,000 or something
